Eating Healthy breakfast ?

An higher percentage of Nigerians don't eat healthy breakfast, which bring us to this topic, Nigeria is blessed with various types of fruits every season, which is affordable and cheap. Every parent should make this an habit for themselves and  our kids on our to eat healthy, you don't have to be rich before you achieve that,

There are lots of fruits that keeps us healthy and fresh, there are few examples below

Some fruits require extensive preparation, such as peeling and cutting, but if you're trying to grab something quick to eat during the commute to school or work, you don't want to bother with that. Apples and pears are convenient because you can eat the peel and you don't have to cut them. Grapes are also a breeze to eat for breakfast. Though you have to peel a banana, it's easy to do, so this is another convenient choice. All this fruits doesn't cost much, you can even get them by the roadside
